Justice delayed is justice denied. That's what the libs do, they just find other ways of accomplishing their goals...bureaucratic inertia is one of their favorites.

What a crying shame. Especially for the murder of a 12 yr old girl. This jerk should have been done in 20 years ago.

The bastard may have cheated the hangman (or gas-man or lethal injector) in this world, but he is surely burning in hell.

If there were any doubt that the value of an proved to be adult is overvalued in comparison with that of innocent children off on a picnic.
A little off the point, is Richardson going to go along with eliminating the NM death penalty?? How about current death row residents?

"...He came to San Quentin State Prison..."
He turned himself in?
Not the way I would have expressed it...

Well, it was a life sentence but it was too long. Life sentences for certain crimes should be short, no more than 30 days. Then it should end.

“Since California reinstated capital punishment in 1978, the department of corrections says 43 inmates condemned to die have passed away of natural causes.”
Sounds to me like that number is probably more than they’ve juiced. How pathetic. I’d venture to guess that this is the norm in most parts of the country with the notable exceptions of some southern states and Texas.

I guess God got tired of waiting to send this bastard to hell and took matters in his own hands.

If he had died from a bullet, strangulation, or any of a broad range of options available to the father, I would have considered that natural causes too. Sad for liberals that they lost this symbol of the only kind of life they value. At least they still have Obama.

why is this guy in the medical wing? this is one reason for our $42 billion deficit - idiot liberal judges who order medical treatment for death row inmates.
let them all starve, that will save some $$
